Did you find this because of the article in the paper today about the brain ameobas in Lake Havasu?
There's a whole show on those jellyfish on the Discovery channel or TLC - "Killer Jellyfish". It's cool - some guy goes looking for them, and he and his assistant both get stung by a jellyfish so small they can't see it. The result is weeks in the hospital on morphine as the pain cycles up and down.
